My Weather Station Display Has Gone Blank or Frozen

1. Unplug the power cord and remove the button cell battery from the indoor display. 
2. Press any button on the display 20 times.
3. Wait 15 minutes. 
4. Plug the power cord back into the unit.
5. Wait at least 15 minutes to return the button cell battery to the indoor display. 

If this does not resolve the issue, contact us via our support form or chat with the ID from the barcode sticker on the back of the indoor display along with the unit's purchase date.
