Status of La Crosse View App

06/12/2025 - All Users - RESOLVED 06/12/2025

Due to the current Google Cloud Service issue, users are unable to log in to the App.  If users are able to log into the App device data might be missing. We are closely monitoring updates from Google, to ensure recovery.

04/12/2023 - Android Users Only - RESOLVED 4/13/2023

Our La Crosse View App for Android has been temporarily and incorrectly removed from the Google Play store due to a misunderstanding around new Google policies. We are working with Google and the Play Store to rectify this situation and hope to see it restored by the end of this week. This has no impact on existing users who have already downloaded or use of the App.

Existing users on a paid subscription may see a disruption in subscription services. If you experience a disruption please contact us to get this resolved.

03/28/2023 - RESOLVED 03/28/2023

La Crosse View systems are currently experiencing some technical issues.  We are working to resolve them.  Some features might be impacted at this time.

10/25/2022 - RESOLVED 10/25/2022

Server Issues.  Issues include App timing out, data tables and graphs not populating and/or longer than expected or no last update time stamp.  

06/06/22  - RESOLVED 06/07
Our La Crosse View app server is currently undergoing unscheduled maintenance.  During this time you may see missing or inconsistent readings.
