If you are having troubles logging into your account:
- Confirm you are on the correct app/website - www.lacrossealertsmobile.com
- Confirm you are using the same Username and Password as when the account was created.
- Try resetting your password. Did you get a password reset e-mail? Check your SPAM folder. We recommended adding email@example.com to your safe/white list. If you did not get the password reset e-mail, then your username is incorrect.
- If you are still unable to log in contact us using the contact support button at the bottom of the screen including the serial number of the gateway and your username.
