La Crosse Alerts Mobile: Unable to log into account

If you are having troubles logging into your account:

  • Confirm you are using the same Username and Password as when the account was created.
  • Try resetting your password.  Did you get a password reset e-mail?  Check your SPAM folder.  We recommended adding alerts@lacrossetechnology.com to your safe/white list.  If you did not get the password reset e-mail, then your username is incorrect.
  • If you are still unable to log in contact us using the contact support button at the bottom of the screen including the serial number of the gateway and your username.
