My wind cups are broken or have fallen off

Wind Cup Replacement

If your item is under warranty (purchased less than 1 year ago)

If your item is out of warranty (purchased over 1 year ago)

You can order replacement wind cups by finding the model number on the back of your indoor display. After you have the model number, search for the product by clicking here and entering the model number. Once you find the item, check the Parts/Sensors tab. If you need any help, feel free to contact us at 608-785-7939.

Please note, cups cannot be replaced on the TX20U or TX15U wind sensors.
