Time Zone Setting:

1. Press then release the SET button to enter the Settings Menu.
2. Press and release the + or - buttons to adjust the values. Hold to adjust quickly.
3. Press and release the SET button to confirm and move to the next item.

Time Zone Selection:

04 - Pacific Standard Time
03 - Mountain Standard Time
02 - Central Standard Time
01 - Eastern Standard Time
